The fear of speaking in front of a group is second only to the fear of drowning.  Managers and employees are often the best technical experts within the organization and yet trying to convey this expertise can be a difficult task for some.  This course is designed to remove those fears and to examine the basic principles of presentations that will effectively convey the intended information.

Participants will receive training to:

  •  Identify how adults remember presented material
  •  Design presentation objectives:  Everyone will be asking "What is in it for me?" and how to provide the answers!
  •  Effective introductions to get the audiences hooked into the subject and closure that keep them wanting more
