Productivity:

Equipping Your Employees with Critical Skills

Organizations often go through major changes that demand leaders and team members redefine their roles while increasing productivity.  The reality is that handling change and juggling multiple priorities is the way of the present AND the future. This course is designed to enable the participants to assess, celebrate, and grieve over the past; look forward to the future; and identify key skills that will enable the team to not just survive, but thrive.

Participants will receive training to:

  •  Take responsibility for their own behavior and identify actions and language that promote “victimhood”.

  •  Determine personal awareness, accountability, and action.

  •  Assess the past and determine key milestones and changes that have shaped their own lives, the organization’s history, and the global context in which everyone must operate.

  •  Determine how to make sure that personal values are reflected in day-to-day choices.

  •  Identify key communication and interpersonal skills that will enable the team to reach even higher levels of performance.

  •  Manage personal assets (mental, physical, financial, spiritual, and interpersonal relationships) to reach greater productivity both in the workplace and at home.

Course Requirements:

  •  Length of Course: 8-12 hours, depending on the outcomes required by the client.

  •  Materials: A master handout is furnished to the client with specific directions for photocopying.

Delegation:

Skills for Your Toolbox

This module was designed with a dramatic beginning to show just how easy it is for managers to get caught in the trap of letting work become delegated upward. From there, the fears associated with delegating are explored.  Finally, the benefits of effective delegation are shown and the participants and the participants get an opportunity to conduct a session in which they delegate a difficult task to the "employee".

Participants will receive training to:

  •  Identify the pitfalls of the delegation process.

  •  Determine the steps that must be taken to effectively delegate

  •  Practice delegating a difficult assignment to an "employee" using an action plan and calendar.

Course Requirements:

  •  Length of Course: 4 hours.

  •  Materials: A master handout is furnished to the client with specific directions for photocopying. Reinforcers are included at a nominal cost.

Sleep Deprivation:

Do We Need a Wake-Up Call?

Sleep has become so devalued by our society that we often cut back our sleep to extend our days.  This compelling presentation has caused several organizations to determine that sleep deprivation must be made a part of their safety briefings for all employees, especially those who are working shifts or who are operating vehicles or heavy equipment.

Participants will receive training to:

  •  Identify the pitfalls sleep deprivation

  •  Determine the steps that must be taken to deal with sleep issues

Course Requirements:

  •  Length of Course: 1 hour

  •  Materials: A master handout is furnished to the client with specific directions for photocopying.

  •  Note: This session may be added into a time management or productivity management class or simply as a "stand alone" session

And yet there is hope!  Change Anything has a proven track record of showing how others succeed when many fail.  And it's not just the talented ones.  The special ones.  The anointed ones.  It is everyday people who have found that dealing with crucial moments when we can easily slip into failure is really an opportunity to live up to higher potential.
